To become wealthy and stay that way it is important to develop and grow yourself. As you raise your energy you can hold more and more wealth. Stuart Wilde said, "When you raise your energy vibration you become more attractive. When the people show up, bill 'em!"
There was a time in my life when I felt depressed and unhappy. My marriage had broken up and I felt it must have been my fault. I was in a very negative frame of mind. My thoughts focussed on my limitations. After a while I learned to say affirmations. I said "For every negative thought I now have three positive thoughts." I changed from being a negative person to being a very positive person. In the process I disowned my negativity.
The universe abhors a vacuum. Before very long I started to notice I had negative people around me, and I did not like it. Then I went into partnership with someone who was as negative as I was positive. We balanced each other out. After a while it became a challenge for each of us to appreciate the value of the other.
I met the founders of Voice Dialogue, Hal and Sidra Stone. I learned the reason I had negative people around me was because I had disowned my negative part. I learned the value of being able to see both sides. I learned to honour my negative Self. I learned to complain, just a little. I accepted responsibility for being the cause of having people in my life that I could not stand. You know how it is, sometimes there is someone in your life who pushes your buttons. What a revelation to realize it was my own energy pattern that attracted that person.
Those people (that you cannot stand or who push your buttons) are in your life to teach you about parts of yourself that you do not like or are afraid of. Once you embrace the disowned energy into your life, and honour it, the people will no longer cause you upset. You do not have to become like them, just respect that energy vibration in you.
We need to honour all the gods and goddesses. We do not need to build the same size shrine to each, just as long as we build a little shrine to each god and goddess. The one we ignore will not go away and will come back to create challenges till we embrace its teaching.
